Nokia N78 is an upgrade to the existing Nokia N73, the new Nokia N78 uses Symbian S60 operating system, which is a standard operating system in other N-Series devices, making it a very capable handset with HSDPA, 3.5G and a 3.2 megapixel camera, aGPS and built-in WiFi.
Just like many other handsets where nokia has improved the GPS capabilities the Nokia N78 uses aGPS ( advanced GPS ) which delivers better navigation on foot. Another standard practice by Nokia in high end phones is the inclusion of geotagging of photographs and the new Nokia N78 also does that. It also has a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with Carl Zeiss lens and an LED flash.
It has dual-band HSDPA /WCDMA capability and quad-band GSM support, plus GPRS and EDGE data, has WiFi connectivity , stereo Bluetooth and USB 2.0, a multimedia player capable of handing MPEG-4, MP3, WMA and AAC clips. VGA video capture resolution resolution is 15 frames per second, it also has an FM radio and integrated stereo speakers. Another exciting feature is the FM transmitter which allows you to connect the N78 to a car stereo using just the radio.
